Reactive Breakdown Service
In the unfortunate event of your refrigeration, air conditioning or ventilation/extraction equipment breaking down, Consort offers a full nationwide reactive service throughout the UK on a 365 day, 24-hour basis.

Incoming calls are answered by Consort personnel who are technically trained to try to resolve the problem across the phone, avoiding the need to dispatch an engineer and therefore saving you time and money. If the problems cannot be resolved by our Call Centre, then our highly trained and extensive network of engineers are ready to attend to your equipment. Utilising our company tracking system, an engineer will be dispatched ensuring you are guaranteed the best possible response time. Each engineer holds an extensive van stock of spares allowing Consort engineers to achieve a high first time fix rate.

Pre-Planned Maintenance Contracts
The type of agreements offered by Consort cover a broad range from maintenance inspections only as well as labour-inclusive agreements, through to fully comprehensive pre-planned maintenance contracts. Free equipment surveys including equipment condition reports, R22 analysis and F-Gas compliance can be carried out quickly with a view to providing our experienced recommendation on the type of maintenance agreement best suited for your refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
