Café Rouge, Charring Cross Road, London

Consort were commissioned to design and install the HVAC services the high profile Café Rouge Restaurant within Charring Cross Road, London.

The work comprised of:

  • Restaurant Air Conditioning and Ventilation
  • High performance Kitchen Ventilation including integrated Extract Canopies, Refrigerated supply air system and Ansul Fire Supression
  • Cellar Cooling System
  • Back of House Ventilation

Much design consideration was given to attenuation of the Kitchen and Toilet extract systems that discharged at high level within a residential courtyard. In addition, due to the location, careful planning was required to accommodate the craneage of roof plant.
